I blogged about this place before, but I just had to mention it again. If something tastes so amazing, I should probably re-share it, right?
The House Beef Shank Noodle Soup is what I ALWAYS go for whenever I come here. It is $9.50, but it costs an extra $0.50 to opt for the thicker noodles which I prefer. Although I may be missing out on their other popular dishes, this is what I am always craving for the majority of the time.
It’s seriously the tastiest bowl of beef noodle soup I’ve ever had! The thick noodles have a nice gliding chew and firmness that’s just right. The soup base has the perfect consistency, but may appear oily to some people. It’s also very flavourful with the pickled mustard greens and cilantro!
They provide quite a bit of beef shank which was tender and well marinated.
Being a Taiwanese restaurant which serves both bubble and food, it will be busy. I would make reservations to avoid the long wait. Their service is the worst as the food comes out slow and the workers are not nearly as attentive enough here!
